You know, I've been to other stations here and I've sort of said what I had to say until I saw this. So I thought I should just touch on this for a moment. Um, and in a way, I just want to put in a plug for our insurance company because people have been having so much trouble with various insurance companies and the we were treated so well by farmers Insurance that the, uh, the agent was literally looking for ways to find us money within the contract. You know, he really went out of his way to say, and if you do this, you can. And at the end, um, you know, they allowed us to use money that really was dedicated for a particular bucket. And he let us split it into two areas, which was an enormous, um, relief for us. So, uh, ultimately we were able to, um, to buy our property, you know, to pay off the mortgage on our property and buy a little place and it just made it. I made it for a very nice transition. Um, because we're able to keep the property, we can come back in some time when it's old. And like the notion of, like, building right now seems like a lot of stress. And so we figured, you know, we can keep the property and just hang on to it and see what happens in the Palisades. And if at a certain point we feel inspired, we can come back. And we found a community in Laguna Beach, um, there's 18,000 old people over 55 that live in this city. It's called Laguna Woods, and it's beautiful. It's built in 65 with all these beautiful trees, and there's four golf courses and seven swimming pools. And it's, um. So anyway, we found a wonderful place to live. We're moving in this month, and we are able to hang on to our property and at some point have the option of rebuilding in the future.
