I think one thing that's very unique about Altadena is there are a wide range of socioeconomic status of various families. So you might have one part of Altadena where people might be wealthy or extremely wealthy. There's some mansions in Altadena. There are persons that, um, rent their house or their apartment. There are people who are multi-generational in the same house. I know my son's bus driver, for example, is 78, and he lived in his house since he was six. It's just passed along from generation to generation. Some homeless people living in Altadena middle class. So it's kind of kind of all over the place. Um, from a demographic standpoint, Caucasian people, Latin people, a lot of African American people, Latino people. Um, it's it was a neat place. It is a neat place to live. Yeah, definitely too soon to tell. Yeah, there are fractured interests for sure. I mean, I think part of the problem is, is that the community is defined differently depending on who you are. Um, the needs of somebody who is, uh, underemployed, for example, are going to be different from somebody who owned their very large home. I'm already seeing it in the Facebook groups. Some people don't want people to sell their lots. Other people want the freedom to sell their lot because they have no choice. They've got to get out. Um, so I, I don't know what can be done. I think the biggest problem, we're not a city, so we don't have a collective interest, a collective governmental entity helping us. Um, things are all over the place. Yeah, it is total destruction there now. I mean. The area is going to look like in a couple of years. I think we're going to see a lot of apartments, a lot of, um, very there was a lot of interesting architecture in Altadena because the area is older. I think that's going to be gone. Um, I'm very realistic. Unfortunately, life has taught me to do that. And realistically, I think it's going to be extremely different than it was before. Yeah, I think the biggest lesson I got out of this was, um, the total catastrophic failure of every system and support that I assumed would be in place in a modern society totally collapsed. And I keep repeating it to my teenage son when you know what hits the fan. You really can only rely on yourself to get you out of an emergency. Because everything failed. Everything failed.
